Hadrian is looking for a Training Specialist in Los Angeles, CA to lead training activities and support technician proficiency in a manufacturing environment. The role involves adapting training to individual learning styles and maintaining effective training content.
Ideal candidates will have at least 1+ years of training experience and 2 years in a production setting. The position offers a target salary of $24/hr to $40/hr along with benefits including medical and a 401(k) plan.

Our goal is to accelerate the maturity and operational effectiveness of our factories through targeted training programs. We develop and manage a comprehensive training system, drive software adoption, standardize operational processes, and maintain an integrated training and certification ecosystem.
As a Training Specialist, you will be the operational owner of training performance across a defined set of stations in our manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include translating new and updated processes into effective, on‑the‑job learning experiences that result in consistent execution and measurable technician proficiency. You will focus on velocity, quality, and team self‑sufficiency, mastering new procedures, working closely with technicians and trainer cohorts, monitoring training velocity and quality, and ensuring every station runs to standard.
Target salary range: $24/hr – $40/hr. The actual range may vary based on experience. Pay within the range is determined by education, qualifications, certifications, experience, location, performance, and business needs.
