The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of training, teaching, or instructional experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to coach employees in both classroom and shop floor settings. Manufacturing experience is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working with diverse groups while maintaining accurate training records and supporting a collaborative onboarding process.
