Job Summary

We are seeking a Training Specialist to support the onboarding and development of new employees in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for delivering engaging classroom and hands-on training, ensuring new hires receive the knowledge, safety training, and practical skills needed to succeed. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of training, teaching, or instructional experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to coach employees in both classroom and shop floor settings. Manufacturing experience is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working with diverse groups while maintaining accurate training records and supporting a collaborative onboarding process.
