CarePortal is seeking a Network Leader to execute local market strategy and build a healthy Care-Sharing network across churches, agencies, and community partners in Tennessee. You will grow participation, recruit new partners, and lead in-person engagement with diverse faith communities within the assigned markets.

The role focuses on relationship-building, market growth, and ecosystem health through community events and consistent field presence, aligning with CarePortal’s mission.

Qualifications

Network Leaders are the primary boots-on-the-ground presence of CarePortal, working directly with churches, agencies, champions, implementing partners and community partners to build trust and expand the network.### Network Leaders will spend time in the community, meeting with partners, hosting gatherings, and developing relationships that lead to long-term engagement and impact.
