Job summary

CarePortal LLC is seeking a Network Leader for Midwest Tennessee to drive market growth by building relationships with churches, agencies, and champions in designated counties. This is a community-based, relationship-driven role focused on establishing market growth strategy, recruitment, and local engagement.

This position requires in-person engagement, partner recruitment, and active participation in local events to expand CarePortal's network and impact within the community.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, ministry, or community engagement.
  • Strong relational and communication skills; ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and learning new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Execute local market strategy and identify growth opportunities across churches, agencies, and champions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with churches, agencies, and community partners; meet regularly with prospects.
  • Recruit and enroll new churches, agencies, and champions; manage a pipeline and onboarding.
  • Track market performance with key metrics; maintain CRM pipeline and activity records.
  • Coordinate with Onboarding Specialists and Engagement teams to align activities with KPIs.
  • Represent CarePortal in community and faith-based events and lead local gatherings.

Network Leaders are the primary boots-on-the-ground presence of CarePortal, working directly with churches, agencies, champions, implementing partners and community partners to build trust and expand the network.Network Leaders will spend time in the community, meeting with partners, hosting gatherings, and developing relationships that lead to long-term engagement and impact.
