Qualifications

• Proven track record of building sales pipelines, managing opportunities, and closing orders.

Responsibilities

• Achieving assigned training orders, revenue, margin, and pipeline targets across North America and Latin America.
• Developing and managing opportunities for public courses, private training events, certification programs, virtual learning solutions, and customized training offerings.
• Identifying new customers, buying centers, and market segments with demand for training solutions.
• Expanding training penetration within strategic and installed-base customer accounts.
• Developing repeat business opportunities and long-term customer learning programs.
