Job summary

Ibilty is seeking an embedded training and user-support resource to work with an assigned Tier 1 SME team in the United States. The role focuses on strengthening adoption of processes and tools through tailored training content and hands-on sessions.

Successful candidates will deliver instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, and drop-in support, while tracking issues and user feedback to drive continuous improvement in training interventions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or providing end-user support in a business or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Oracle Health EHR and ability to translate complex processes into clear guidance.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Documented understanding of the Tier’s training and support needs.
• Coordination and delivery of refresher training and user-support activities.
• Periodic reporting on training activity and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the Tier team to understand workflows and advise on training content updates.
• Coordinate and deliver instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, and drop-in support as needed.
• Track recurring issues and user feedback to recommend appropriate training interventions.
