Job summary

The University of Oklahoma's Center for Public Management is seeking a Training Senior who will support the Training Supervisor in developing, delivering and evaluating learning for new Support Specialists and in continuing development for existing staff. This role matters for improving public service outcomes.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 24 months call center or front-line customer service experience.
  • Experience with Adult and Family Service Programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Training Supervisor in developing learning for new staff.
  • Deliver and evaluate training for ongoing staff development.
  • Coordinate training materials and training schedules.

Job description

Pay Range:Targeted pay range of $18.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits Eligible:Yes

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Travel:May be required

The Training Senior is responsible for supporting the Training Supervisor in developing, delivering and evaluating learning for new Support Specialists and ongoing developing for existing staff. Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 24 months experience in a call center or front-line customer service

Department Preferences:

  • 12 months experience with Adult and Family Service Programs
  • 12 months experience with inbound phone support
  • 12 months training development and/or facilitation experience
