Job summary

Swisslog Healthcare seeks a Manager of Training & Safety to lead the TransLogic Training and SMA upgrade teams and drive safety programs. This role also handles key account management activities for select customers.

The position oversees training content development (in person/online), LMS tools, and collaboration with Product and Engineering to drive product adoption and customer education. Strong leadership and customer-focused skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with TransLogic pneumatic tube systems.
• 5+ years of account management, customer support, or client services experience.
• “Get it Done” attitude while maintaining customer experience as a top priority
• Desire for learning new technologies and technical aptitude
• Exceptional organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and service orientation
• Experience working independently and in teams
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to achieve within 30 days)
• Associates degree, military technical training or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the TransLogic Training and SMA upgrade teams and oversee safety programs.
• Develop and implement training content and strategies (in person/online) for internal and external customers.
• Lead customer account management activities and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with assigned accounts.
• Manage the Swisslog Healthcare Safety program and interface with legal and safety teams.
• Coordinate revenue-generating strategies for value-added services and collect customer feature requests.
