$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
The Quality and Training Specialist shall conduct initial and remedial training for new and existing Swisslog Healthcare pneumatic tube system installation subcontractors in accordance with the training program syllabus. They will also be responsible for periodic quality checks on installation progress and standards. Training and quality are successfully administered and managed through site visits, completing appropriate inspections, and reporting findings to all stakeholders. This individual is expected to implement corrective actions as required. Effective communication, written and verbal, are essential to the success of this role so that issues are clearly identified and communicated to all stakeholders through to resolution. The Quality and Training Specialist may be required to conduct installation activities on a case-by-case basis for corrective work or small projects if a subcontractor could not be identified. The position requires frequent overnight travel (60-80%). Ideally, this individual will reside in the Philadelphia, PA area; however, consideration will also be given to qualified applicants in other areas.
Compensation: Starting salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
