L2 Brands in Hanover, PA is hiring a Training & Safety Coordinator to partner with department leaders, identify training needs, and deliver engaging learning experiences for new and current employees. You will own performance management, coach managers on timely reviews, and lead OSHA/compliance initiatives across the site.

Responsibilities include Safety Committee leadership, FLA training, and development of training policies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in employee training, HR, instructional methods, or coaching and skill development in a group setting.
• Workplace health & safety experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Paylocity, and learning management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and review cycles at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to groups at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Partner with management to identify training topics and development needs.
• Build and maintain a Master Training Schedule by department.
• Conduct onsite health & safety and FLA training for production positions.
• Document training plans and ensure skills training happens consistently.
• Create internal communications promoting training opportunities.
• Gather feedback on training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Assign and track employee training in the LMS and apply for WEDnetPA grants.
