L2 Brands, Inc. is seeking a Training & Safety Coordinator at our Hanover, PA location. This role partners with department leaders to identify and deliver essential training while owning our performance management process and ensuring OSHA-compliant safety and FLA training.

You will manage on-site health and safety programs, coordinate training across production positions, and maintain LMS/records to support workforce development. Strong communication and HR experience are essential.

Formación

• Experience in employee training, human resources, instructional methods, or coaching in a group setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Paylocity, and learning management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and review cycles concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs with department leaders and deliver meaningful learning experiences for new and current employees.
• Own the performance management process and coach managers to complete reviews on time.
• Lead OSHA-compliant safety activities, workers’ compensation reporting, and FLA training requirements.
• Maintain LMS records, training plans, and develop communications promoting training opportunities.
• Apply for WEDnetPA training grants and track program outcomes.
