Your day to day as a Training Resource Specialist

As a Full-Time Training Resource Specialist, you will have the pleasure of planning, conducting, and measuring our internal staff development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will assist with new hire training, ensuring that every team member is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in their positions. You will review and test policies and procedures, helping to maintain a high standard of operational excellence. Additionally, you will provide essential support to various departments, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that enhances our overall customer service and satisfaction. Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are

• Train new and existing employees on credit union policies, procedures, and essential job functions.
• Assist in the development of lesson plans for training manuals and reference materials.
• Assist in extensive testing of system upgrades, special projects. and implementations.
• Provide support to employees regarding teller and customer service related processes.

A college degree with two years’ experience in development and training, or experience working in customer or member service within a credit union is preferred. Extensive experience in Teller, Head Teller, or customer service functions in a bank or credit union may be substituted for a degree.
