Job summary

Army National Guard Units seeks a Training Support Officer (GS-0301-12) to lead the Training Center operations and manage the Soldier Training Support Program, including TADSS, MILES, and Virtual TADSS support for system instructor/operators.

You will oversee loan, issue, storage, training aids, GTAs, and local TADSS design and management, plus packaging and shipping of all TADSS products within the Army Training Support System Enterprise, ensuring doctrinal accuracy and readiness.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Training Center Operations and the Soldier Training Support Program resources.
• Oversee TADSS including MILES; provide virtual TADSS support and maintenance of TADSS.
• Plan, program, and budget for Training Support Center resources in accordance with AR 1-1 and TBAS.
• Maintain training records and submit utilization reports to Army National Guard and DA program offices.
