Job summary

A defense services contractor in Hattiesburg, MS is looking for a Training Support Center Lead to oversee training support operations for the Army National Guard. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent experience.
• Valid licensing required to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles.
• Able to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all TSC personnel and manage TADSS.
• Provide on-site training center support operations.
• Conduct technical instruction and evaluation of performance.
• Operate and maintain training devices and simulators.
• Prepare instructional materials before classes start.
