TTGI The Tolliver Group Inc. seeks a Training Support Specialist to deliver essential support for the ARNG’s TADSS programs across multiple sites, including Camp Roberts.

The role involves coordinating training, managing equipment and inventories, and interfacing with military units to ensure trainer utilization and compliance. The position requires three years in training center operations, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Formación

• Requires minimum three (3) years’ experience in training support center operations.
• Prior military experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with military and civilian personnel in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and instructional procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Open/close facility schedules and coordinate daily training activities.
• Serve as liaison with Army units to maximize trainer utilization.
• Maintain utilization and training status reports; submit monthly utilization reports.
• Assist in establishing a unit training program and monitor training performance.
• Conduct 100% inventory of parts, tools, and equipment; manage turnover.
• Provide technical assistance to instructors and staff; develop SOPs.
• Assist with safety meetings and incident reporting; enforce safety guidelines.
