Job summary

A military support services provider is seeking a Training Support Center Lead. This role supports the Army National Guard's training programs, overseeing personnel and ensuring operational training devices are managed effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in training support, knowledge of Army programs, and must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance. The position is full-time and based in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent.
• Knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs.
• Valid licensing and training required to operate Government vehicles or forklift machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TSC personnel and manage TADSS.
• Provide on-site training center support operations.
• Prepare instructional materials and ensure operational training aids are present.
• Conduct training sessions based on lesson plans.
