Job summary

State Highway Administration in Frederick County seeks a Unit Training Coordinator to serve as a liaison to the Senior Manager and manage all office training programs. The role oversees the RC/Office training activities, budgets, and performance improvements while coordinating with statewide teams.

The incumbent will administer Cornerstone LMS, track external training requests, and coach staff in the Professional Development Plan process.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Experience: Three (3) years of administrative or professional work.
• Selective Qualification: One (1) year of experience coordinating training programs.
• Notes: substitutions per policy; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all training activities for the RC/Office and manage the training budget.
• Administer Cornerstone LMS, develop external training requests, and mentor staff on professional development.
