Qualifications

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication of technical topics to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead training program management across projects, ensuring milestones and reliable results.
• Develop and maintain learning paths for staff and field roles; track completion.
• Create and deliver blended training content with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor.
