Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Program Analyst to coordinate administrative and program actions for successful delivery of courses within assigned training programs. The role involves working with division program managers, supporting budget and finance to ensure funds accountability, and maintaining training resources.

This full-time, on-site position is based in Arlington, VA at NFATC within the Directorate of Diplomatic Tradecraft and Emerging Technology (DTET).

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; or 7 years without a degree.
• Secret clearance is required.
• On-site, Arlington, VA at NFATC; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment processes and travel lodging for students.
• Prepare and track travel funding cables and expenditures.
• Schedule facilities, instructors, and course materials;
• Prepare reports on attendance, records, evaluations, and enrollment.
• Serve as the primary Registrar contact to resolve enrollment issues.
• Generate regular status reports on funding, training schedules, and enrollment.
• Review training plans for regulatory compliance and completeness.
• Assist with budget planning and detailed cost estimates for training programs.
• Track travel funds through obligation, liquidation, and deobligation.
• Protect PII and sensitive information per security standards.
• Support overseas training trips and visa requests; assist with inventory.
• Lead special projects and document process improvements.
• Travel up to 25% to other sites as needed.
