Job summary

All Native Group seeks a Program Analyst to coordinate administrative actions to ensure the successful delivery of courses within assigned training programs. You will work with division training program managers to manage day-to-day activities, support budget and finance personnel, and assist with Quality Management processes.

The role is full-time and on-site at NFATC in Arlington, VA, supporting the DOS training mission and related travel/logistical needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with seven (7) years of progressively responsible administrative experience; or ten (10) years without a degree.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with budget planning and training program administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment and travel logistics for training programs.
• Prepare and manage budgetary documentation and reports.
• Support QA and quality management processes in training delivery.
• Liaise with program managers, registrar staff, instructors, and students.
• Generate status reports on funding expenditures and enrollment.
