Responsibilities

• Assist the division in fulfilling administrative or technical tasks as assigned by the department.
• Support the Student Assistant Program along with the Career Fair and Training Programs.
• Manage the Caltrans Student Assistant Program and serve as the primary point of contact for students, supervisors, Human Resources, and third-party entities.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and continuously improve the Division's statewide training programs, including leadership, management, supervisory, and rank-and-file training.
