Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing contractors when needed and developing in-house programs to identify developmental needs and prepare personnel for advanced roles. Bachelor's or Master’s degrees with relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s with 1 year.
• Equivalents: Associate's Degree with 2 years, Military E-5+ eligible, or High School with 4+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel.
• Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops evaluation criteria.
• May oversee contractors or vendors to develop or administer training programs.
• Develops in-house training programs and practices to identify developmental needs.
