• Bachelor's degree and 6 years exempt experience or Master's degree and 4 years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel.
• Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness.
• Keeps abreast of training research and develops in-house programs and practices.
• May oversee contractors or vendors to develop and administer training programs.
• May be responsible for development of e-learning programs.
