• High School/GED with 4+ years related exempt or 8 years related non-exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
• Obtain information needed to prepare training programs; prepare training materials; develop course content; determine methodology.
• Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
