Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years related education and/or experience.
• Apprentice graduate or Associate's Degree in relevant discipline with 1 year of related experience.
• Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials on company products, processes and technologies to ensure team members gain knowledge.
• Provide orientation and training on new course materials and select appropriate training aids.
• Prepare lesson plans relevant to training material and monitor training personnel records for regulatory and company compliance.
• Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements.
