Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking an Administrator, Training Program in Logan, UT. This seasonal, full-time role supports the Driver Safety & Training department with secretarial duties, training record maintenance, and trainee progress monitoring.

The position involves coordinating meetings and classes, updating systems and files, and handling routine admin tasks. Relevant experience and an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) are preferred, with a background check required.

Qualifications

• This job requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in secretarial/clerical work.
• Two years of clerical experience and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Some college coursework may substitute for educational requirements.
• Driver trainer experience is preferred and a background check is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provides secretarial support to the Driver Safety & Training department.
• Maintains training records and departmental files; updates systems and logs.
• Monitors trainee progress and helps ensure timely completion of programs.
• Coordinates trainer and student meetings, classes, and schedules.
• Performs administrative duties as required by supervision.
• Schedules preventative maintenance for motor coaches and tracks costs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
