Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line in Provo, Utah seeks an Administrator, Training Program to provide essential secretarial support, maintain training records, and help monitor trainee progress within the Driver Safety & Training department.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, two years in secretarial/clerical work, and proficiency with Word and spreadsheets; driver trainer experience is a plus. Seasonal full-time position, on-site in Utah.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in secretarial/clerical duties.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Two years of secretarial/clerical experience; driver trainer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to the Driver Safety & Training department.
• Update and maintain training records, logs, and departmental files.
• Monitor trainee progress and coordinate meetings, sessions, and schedules for trainers and students.
• Perform administrative duties for supervision.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for motorcoaches and track mileage and costs.
