Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, seeks a Training Assistant III in Colorado Springs, CO to support SCN training. The role will manage the PEX training database, schedule courses, assign students and instructors, and track progress through the full course lifecycle.

The position requires 4–6 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency with databases and scheduling tools, and an active SECRET clearance. It is an on-site role contingent on funding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4-6 years of relevant training administration, records management, or scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with database entry, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Position contingent upon contract award and funding.

Responsibilities

• Training Database Management
• Create, schedule, and manage SCN courses in the PEX training management database throughout the full course lifecycle.
• Assign students and instructors, input grade sheets and results, and track module completion and re-teaching records.
• Process graduation requirements and complete AF Form 4419 (Record of Training).
• Schedule and deconflict training classrooms, facilities, and simulators for SCN training activities.
• Compile and analyze training metrics, including student throughput, facility availability, and training wait times.
• Gather and compile student/instructor feedback and after-action reports (AARs) following each class or course iteration.
