• Schedule and deconflict training classrooms, facilities, and simulators for SCN training activities.
• Compile and analyze training metrics, including student throughput, facility availability, and training wait times.
• Gather and compile student/instructor feedback and after-action reports (AARs) following each class or course iteration.

The Training Assistant III will provide dedicated administrative training support to the Satellite Control Network (SCN) unit under Mission Delta 31 (MD 31), managing the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) training database and supporting scheduling, records, and metrics for Crew Commander/Crew Chief, Defensive Space Control Operator (DSCO), and Space Access Satellite Scheduler (SASS) courses.

Responsibilities

Training Database Management

• Create, schedule, and manage SCN courses in the PEX training management database throughout the full course lifecycle.
• Assign students and instructors, input grade sheets and results, and track module completion and re-teaching records.
• Process graduation requirements and complete AF Form 4419 (Record of Training).

Scheduling & Reporting

• Schedule and deconflict training classrooms, facilities, and simulators for SCN training activities.
• Compile and analyze training metrics, including student throughput, facility availability, and training wait times.

This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
