Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Training Assistant III to support PNT training in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on managing the PEX training database, scheduling, records, and metrics for GPS-related courses.

Responsibilities include database management for course lifecycle, assigning students/instructors, entering grades, tracking completion, and processing graduation paperwork. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-6 years of training administration, records, or scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with database entry, scheduling tools and standard office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage PNT courses in the PEX training management database throughout the full course lifecycle.
• Assign students and instructors, input grade sheets and results, and track module completion and re-teaching records.
• Process graduation requirements and complete AF Form 4419 (Record of Training).
• Schedule and deconflict training classrooms, facilities, and simulators for PNT training activities.
• Compile and analyze training metrics, including student throughput, facility availability, and training wait times.
• Gather and compile student/instructor feedback and after-action reports (AARs) after each class or course iteration.
