Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Training Assistant IV to support Colorado Springs operations and federal training programs. This on-site role focuses on administering and scheduling the MD 31 ICC and ECC, coordinating staff and instructor selectees, and maintaining curriculum and materials.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in training administration or scheduling, strong written communication for leadership reporting, and an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant training administration, records management, or scheduling experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating recurring courses and multi-stakeholder scheduling.
• Strong written communication skills for leadership-level reporting.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and scheduling of the MD 31 Instructor Certification Course (ICC) and Evaluator Certification Course (ECC), approximately 11 iterations per year.
• Coordinate, schedule, and deconflict course dates for staff and line instructor selectees.
• Maintain, manage, and control the ICC/ECC curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual staff training and evaluation reports from PEX for HQ leadership.
• Publish the integrated training schedule across MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook calendars.
• Serve as the co-located HQ point of contact for training scheduling and reporting matters.
