This position is within our Training & Presales division, responsible for external client training, advanced sales/product demonstrations, internal product training, and ongoing support/partnerships with internal stakeholders.

The Opportunity

The Training Operations Specialist is a key member of the Training & PreSales team. The role involves maintaining the workflow of the team to ensure seamless operations and efficiency. The specialist will optimize daily activities, operations, and resources, requiring knowledge of team scheduling systems, CRM, company products, and skills in problem-solving, communication, and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Schedule online customer training sessions.
2. Maintain the Training Team calendar related to client training.
3. Organize registration and support for live classroom training, including managing catering orders.
4. Provide administrative support to the Training Team, emphasizing internal customer service.
5. Collaborate with Leadership to support operational efficiency.
6. Perform additional duties as required by the team.

What You Bring To The Team

1. 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in a B2B environment.
2. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
3. Team-oriented mindset, capable of working respectfully with colleagues at all levels.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organization and time management skills.
6. Strong business ethics, including confidentiality.
7. Proficiency with business software such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, LogMeIn, Outlook.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Primarily sitting, working on a computer, and telephone communication.
• Remote work with occasional travel for meetings and events.
• Work hours between 8 am and 5 pm Central Time.
• Open to remote work in the US or Canada.
