Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Training Coordinator to act as the site’s training operations hub. You will coordinate technician onboarding, track required learning, maintain training records, and support events with vendors and instructors.

You will provide leaders with clear readiness insights and surface issues for resolution. The role requires 3+ years in training coordination or similar operations, strong LMS experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating training, workforce readiness, learning operations, or similar admin program.
• Experience with LMS reporting, scheduling, and records control across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication with discretion for sensitive readiness information.
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to escalate incomplete records or overdue requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate each technician’s role and qualification requirements into onboarding and continuing-training plans.
• Manage LMS courses, attendance, completion, expiration, and requalification records.
• Administer qualification-card workflows from training through evaluation and authorization.
• Publish regular readiness, overdue-training, and expiring-qualification reports.
• Coordinate classrooms, site access, materials, vendor sessions, and instructor logistics.
