Job summary

Premier Staffing Solution is seeking a Training Coordinator to support a large technical training operation within a global semiconductor manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional role; you will manage long-running training requests, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end administration from intake to billing.

You will work with approximately 40 instructors, coordinate training across multiple product groups and locations, and use Cornerstone LMS and Excel to analyze and track

Qualifications

• Experience in training operations, learning and development operations, program coordination, project coordination, technical training, customer training, or a similarly complex operational role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation; combining info from multiple reports/sources; sorting, filtering, and reconciling data.
• Experience with an LMS; Cornerstone experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage projects/workflows with multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.
• Experience in a technical, engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, or similarly complex environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex training requests from intake through scheduling, delivery, completion, documentation, and billing.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent training programs and requests spanning 3-12+ months.
• Serve as central point among customers, instructors, SMEs, training leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Research training solutions and determine options based on requirements, product, location, and instructor availability.
• Coordinate training across US and international locations, including Asia.
