Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Training Coordinator to serve as the training operations hub on site. You will coordinate onboarding for technicians, assign and track courses in the LMS, and maintain records of training completion and qualification progression.

You will support instructors and vendor sessions, collaborate with Operations, HRIS/HCM, and site leaders to resolve data discrepancies, and drive improvements in training data quality and completion rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating training, workforce readiness, learning operations, or equivalent administrative program.
• Demonstrated experience with LMS reporting, spreadsheets, records control, scheduling, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to manage sensitive readiness information with discretion and professionalism.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to escalate incomplete records or overdue requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate technician roles and site/qualification requirements into onboarding plans.
• Assign, monitor, and reconcile courses in the LMS; maintain attendance, completion, and expiration records.
• Administer qualification-card workflows from training to sign-off and authorization.
• Maintain the qualification matrix by technician, system, and task scope; publish readiness reports.
• Coordinate classrooms, site access, equipment, schedules, and instructor logistics.
• Maintain controlled records for course materials, assessments, and training artifacts.
• Partner with Operations, HRIS/HCM, Beeline, LMS, Safety, and site leaders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit preparation and drive process improvements to improve training completion and data quality.
