Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Training Operations Manager to oversee a team responsible for planning, managing, and directing a training program. You will supervise trainers, coordinate daily activities, and develop staff through coaching and performance evaluations.

In this role you will prepare data reports on revenue, expenses, and business metrics, while ensuring policy compliance and data integrity. You will collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices and drive CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to trainers and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Prepare ad hoc reports on revenue, expenses and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policy, licensing and regulations.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and drive process improvements.
• Lead with CBRE values and align with regional best practices.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues impacting operations.
