Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Business Services Manager in the United States to lead a team delivering administrative support, process improvement, and programmatic initiatives. You will oversee staffing, training, coaching, and performance management while coordinating with business leaders and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-7 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• 3-4 years of relevant program management experience
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations and handle problems
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department

Responsibilities

• Monitor training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, set deadlines
• Act as liaison with business leaders, managers, and clients to forecast workload and deliverables
• Work with leaders to resolve conflicting priorities
• Identify, develop, and lead critical programs to enhance team success
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreement
• Apply knowledge of your discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve objectives
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues
