Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and several years of experience in regulated environments, with strong coaching and leadership capabilities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, required.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in training within operations, manufacturing, quality, or a regulated environment.
• Experience with operational training, OJT, workforce qualification, and training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and lead training personnel, set performance expectations, assign workload, monitor quality, and provide coaching.
• Oversee training programs supporting employee readiness and align with procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Implement and maintain OJT and qualification processes, including checklists, evaluations, and documentation controls.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of training delivery, cross-training, and learner progression with SMEs and supervisors.
• Track workforce readiness and escalate risks impacting operations, quality, safety, or release to work.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, curricula, and assessments.
