Job summary

Centuri is seeking a Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver technical, safety, OQ, and regulatory training across gas operations. You will lead program development, collaborate with field operations to identify needs, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in gas operations or training, with strong knowledge of regulatory standards and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Lead design, development, delivery of Technical, Safety, OQ and Regulatory training programs.
• Collaborate with operations to identify training needs and ensure alignment with schedules.
• Evaluate and update training materials to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training through blended learning (classroom, hands-on, on-the-job).
• Oversee maintenance of NGA Operator Qualification records.
• Represent Centuri on external committees and provide operational input on tools and equipment.
