Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a senior Training Program Leader to develop and implement an effective, regulatory-compliant training program across operations. You will partner with management and key training optimizers to identify needs and drive curricula aligned with cGMP and quality objectives.

You will manage a network of stakeholders, lead optimization efforts, and work with AD Operations Training to ensure alignment with site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–10 years in leading training projects in manufacturing or pharma.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory training requirements.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and regulatory gaps.
• Establish and manage stakeholder relationships to drive training initiatives.
• Lead training optimizers in development and implementation of programs and curricula.
• Create, develop, and refine training materials including SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of training optimizers (15–30).
• Lead and deliver functional training courses across Operations.
