Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated hatchery worker to perform a range of hands-on duties in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to daily operations, ensuring equipment is functional and production targets are met with attention to safety and efficiency.

You will report to Hatchery Management, follow GMPs and safety rules, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in on-site maintenance while supporting operations during absences.

Responsibilities

• Notify hatchery management of any machine issue that could affect chick quality.
• Work on Wednesday clean days. Repair farm buggies.
• Any other job duties as requested by Hatchery Management.
• Fill in for Hatchery Jobs during absences.
• General Tasks assigned by Management when there are no absences.
