You will manage the LMS, create educational collateral, and present to groups or individuals to ensure understanding of housing policies and company processes. Ideal candidates bring strong Microsoft Office skills, proven training delivery, and in‑depth knowledge of affordable housing.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience creating and delivering presentations digitally (PowerPoint/Canva).
• Experience or deep understanding of the affordable housing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct training classes for varied audiences.
• Strong customer service and multi-project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide new and existing employees with onboarding and training.
• Create educational collateral and coordinate third‑party trainings.
• Assist with the company LMS and conduct one‑on‑one or group training sessions.
• Develop and refine training materials and curricula.
• Organize and track training sources for accurate reporting.
• Deliver presentations and multimedia experiences to explain complex topics.
• Respond to training requests and coordinate deployments.
• Support ongoing compliance with housing regulations and best practices.
