Job summary

VersiCare Group in United States is seeking a dedicated Trainer to support our training department. You will lead in-person and virtual classes, assist with onboarding, and help keep trainings compliant and organized.

You’ll coordinate schedules, maintain records, and troubleshoot learning platforms while delivering a welcoming experience to learners. The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 2 years post-high school education or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and conduct training classes (in person & virtual).
• Support onboarding and required trainings for new hires.
• Maintain training calendar and track certifications.
• Monitor training compliance and report findings.
• Coordinate training dates, locations, instructors, and materials.
