Job summary

AROW Global Corp. in Mosinee, WI is seeking a Training Coordinator to support and execute training within an assigned value stream, partnering with mentors and supervisors to ensure onboarding, skill development, and continuous learning.

You will coach employees, reinforce safety and quality standards, maintain training records, and facilitate cross-training to improve workforce flexibility. The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to standardize training across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to design, deliver, and assess training programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
