Job summary

Da Vien Coffee is seeking a Training Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve training programs and SOPs across all locations. You will lead onboarding, certification, and leadership development, while partnering with Operations to align training with business goals.

You will oversee SOP creation, e-learning content, and video-based learning, ensuring consistent execution of standards and readiness for new store openings. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for all levels of the organization.
• Create and maintain SOPs, training manuals, and video-based learning content.
• Develop onboarding, certification, and recertification programs for hourly employees and managers.
• Establish training roadmaps and development pathways that support career growth.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in operations, products, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Strategy & Program Development across locations.
• Oversee SOPs, manuals, modules, and videos for consistent learning.
• Coordinate onboarding, certification, and recertification programs.
• Lead new store opening training activities and readiness.
• Manage field trainers and ensure consistent delivery across sites.
• Track training KPIs and impact on performance and productivity.
