Job summary

Da Vien Coffee is seeking a Corporate Trainer to deliver comprehensive training across all locations. You will report to the Training Manager and ensure teams deliver outstanding customer service while upholding product quality and cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The role includes onboarding, ongoing coaching, certifications, and audits, with travel to all Da Vien locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility in working hours to support restaurant operations.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs to all Da Vien locations.
• Support new store openings with training and ongoing support.
• Conduct on-the-job training for staff at all levels, from baristas to managers.
• Maintain and certify Store Trainers; perform internal store audits for compliance.
• Enforce Da Vien policies and procedures; report issues to supervisor.
• Lead efficiency initiatives and help develop future leaders among staff.
• Coach managers on operational procedures, guest service, and performance.
