Zusammenfassung

Da Vien Coffee is seeking a Corporate Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs across all locations, reporting to the Training Manager. The role ensures excellent customer service and adherence to product quality and cleanliness standards in front- and back-of-house operations.

The trainer will monitor progress, uphold brand standards, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development while traveling to store locations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication, with clear presentation to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility in hours to support restaurant operations and meet team needs.
• Willingness to travel to all store locations; valid driver’s license.
• Sick leave accrual from day one; PTO available (80 hrs/10 days) for full-time.

Aufgaben

• Deliver thorough training programs across all Da Vien locations.
• Monitor training progress and uphold brand standards and cleanliness.
• Support New Store Openings with training and ongoing guidance.
• Conduct internal store audits to ensure policy and safety standards.
• Provide coaching to managers on operational procedures and guest service.
