Job summary

Da Vien Coffee is seeking a seasoned Central Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day Central Kitchen operations, oversee food production, quality, inventory, and distribution to all Da Vien locations. You will manage the Central Kitchen team, BOH trainers, and delivery drivers while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role reports to Founders & Operations Manager within the Operations department. It is a full-time, in-person position with exempt status and includes a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, food production, and food safety.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Central Kitchen operations, including production planning and workflows.
• Ensure production meets timelines and standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Lead Central Kitchen BOH team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee BOH training on recipes, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and training progress with HR support.
• Oversee delivery drivers and distribution procedures.
