Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on assisting with the development, implementation, and oversight of staff training, including new hire onboarding, training plans, and compliance.

Responsibilities include managing training trackers, organizing OneDrive content, coordinating with SMEs, and leading DLC audit processes to ensure quality and performance alignment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required with degree in Social Work, Education or related WIOA experience.
• Experience: At least two years' experience in working with diverse populations providing training, case management or counseling services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, implementation and oversight of staff training including new hire onboarding, training plans and content.
• Schedule training, align with QA and performance expectations, and manage training trackers.
• Organize OneDrive content, ensure final trainings are kept and up to date.
• Lead quarterly/yearly DLC audits and weekly check-ins with DLC Coach.
