Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of MIG welding experience in alloy and steel.
• Follow Operation Description Sheet (ODS) and Training Documents.
• High School Diploma, GED or certifications.
• Follow all safety policies and protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Local delivery and execution of fit up, fabrication and core welding to vendors and managers.
• Perform tasks to enhance employee engagement, safety, health and productivity.
• Read and review blueprints and specifications; ensure drawings function as designed.
• Complete motor couplings installations and maintain detailed reports.
• Participate in Kaizen events and 5S practices.
